Our courses are open to anyone aged 14 years and older (with parent/guardian consent if under 18). No previous experience is required.

No. CPR (HLTAID009) is a standalone unit. You don’t need to hold any prior qualifications.

Valid photo ID, Comfortable clothing (you’ll be on the floor practising CPR), Pen and notepad (optional) and Any pre-course work completed (if applicable)

Yes! Our blended courses include online modules to complete before your face-to-face practical session. This ensures you’re ready and eligible for certification. Prefer paper? No problem! If you’d rather complete your theory in class using paper-based materials, just contact our friendly staff and we’ll set it up for you.

Absolutely! We offer flexible delivery options: online, in-class, or a mix of both. You can also choose paper-based assessments if you prefer learning away from a screen.

Yes. We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO NO-46055) and issue certificates that are nationally recognised across Australia.

Certificates are usually issued within 24 hours after successful course completion and assessment. You’ll receive it via email as a PDF.

CPR (HLTAID009) – Recommended renewal every 12 months. First Aid (HLTAID011) – Valid for 3 years (CPR must be refreshed yearly) Always please check with your employer or industry requirements.

Please let us know in advance. We can make reasonable adjustments where possible, but note that some physical assessment (e.g., CPR on the floor) is required to be deemed competent.
